Do you and your partner find yourselves having the same argument over and over again?

Do conversations quickly turn into criticism, defensiveness, withdrawal, or emotional explosions?

If so, you're not alone. Most couples were never taught how to communicate effectively in intimate relationships. This in-person communication training is designed to help couples learn practical, evidence-based skills rooted in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) to create healthier, more connected conversations.

Unlike traditional couples therapy, this workshop is a structured educational experience where couples learn and practice specific communication skills that can immediately improve their relationship.
