If so, you're not alone. Most couples were never taught how to communicate effectively in intimate relationships. This in-person communication training is designed to help couples learn practical, evidence-based skills rooted in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) to create healthier, more connected conversations.
Unlike traditional couples therapy, this workshop is a structured educational experience where couples learn and practice specific communication skills that can immediately improve their relationship.
